a2z Tumbler Jig

The a2z Tumbler Jig is for use with the a2z Universal Base, as part of the a2z laser jig system. It can be used with any glassware or cylindrical objects.

If you engrave many of the same style tumbler this is the jig for you. You can put it on a shelf and bring it back when you need it and the jig positioning will stay the same. If you frequently adjust the supports, engrave many size tumblers and want effortless support adjustment, consider the a2z Tumbler MagJig.

It is adjustable in the X or Y direction, depending which orientation you use the jig. As the cup will already be centered on the Tumbler left to right from the Universal Base's mounting position, you only have to adjust where the engraving will fall on the Tumbler top to bottom.

The tilt is also adjustable for Tumblers with tapered or angled sides.

Tis jig mounts to the Universal Base plate magnetically and secures to it in any orientation in 90 degree increments. Alignment to the base plate is very accurate and any discrepancy should be imperceptible. However, if you want perfect alignment you can attach the Alignment Cones Accessory to the bottom of the jig.
