a2z Any Ball Jig

The a2z Any Ball Jig adapts the Universal Base for spheres of any size, automatically centering them under your laser. How the a2z jig system works

This is an insert jig for the a2z Universal Base. The system is simple: the base mounts to your laser bed once and gets centered once — that's the only alignment you ever do. After that, this jig and every other a2z insert drop into the base's 150mm opening and land in exactly the same spot, every time. Switch from balls to coins to coasters in seconds, and the engraving files you've already dialed in keep lining up without test marks or re-framing.
