a2z Pegboard Ultra Jig

The a2z Pegboard Ultra Jig is for use with the a2z Universal Base, as part of the a2z laser jig system.

The a2Z Pegboard can also be mounted directly to the base of the Xtool F1 Ultra & F2 Ultra series using included m4 bolts if you would like to use it without the Universal Base. It can also be directly mounted to any galvo laser bed with m5 or m6 threads and with standard 25mm on center spacing, though won't be centered on laser unless bed is centered. 

This jig has a grid of 6mm holes at 12.5mm spacing across it's whole surface. 6mm stainless steel pegs can be placed anywhere for repeated alignment. The outermost dowel holes when utilized align items on the boundary of the engraveable area of the Xtool F1 and F2 Ultra series.

This jig mounts on top of the Universal Base and is secured in place with embedded magnets.
