How the a2z jig system works

Every jig I make clicks into this base. You mount the base to your laser bed once, center it, and never touch it again. From then on, any a2z insert jig — coin, tumbler, coaster, golf ball, whatever the job calls for — drops into the same 150mm opening and lands in the same spot every time. No re-framing, no test marks, no nudging the workpiece around the bed. Swap jigs in seconds between jobs and your files keep lining up, run after run.

1. Mount the base once. Bolt it to your bed and center it on your laser. This is the only alignment you'll ever do.
2. Click in the jig for today's job. Every a2z insert jig fits the same opening.
3. Engrave with repeatable positioning. Same spot, every jig, every time — no re-alignment.

Purchase with the X/Y Fixture for only an additional $20 ($40 when purchased separately).

The base can be secured to the F1 Ultra and F2 Ultra laser bed using the fixed mounting holes.

It can also be secured to any standard bed with M5/M6 threads at 25mm spacing on center. Mounted that way, it positions in 25mm X/Y increments, so it may not land dead center — you can fine-adjust in X or in Y, but not both. The X/Y Fixture add-on solves this.

The inner area of the base plate is 150mm square. Though this base plate was optimized for galvo lasers with a 150mm lens, this can be used with any galvo laser lens length.

There is a CUSTOM option to have a base plate made for you with custom positioning of the embedded mounting holes so your a2z Base is centered on your laser.
