a2z Multi-Coin Jig x9

The a2z Multi-Coin Jig x9 is for use with the a2z Universal Base, as part of the a2z laser jig system.

How the a2z jig system works

This is an insert jig for the a2z Universal Base. The system is simple: the base mounts to your laser bed once and gets centered once — that's the only alignment you ever do. After that, this jig and every other a2z insert drop into the base's 150mm opening and land in exactly the same spot, every time. Switch from coins to tumblers to coasters in seconds, and the engraving files you've already dialed in keep lining up without test marks or re-framing.

1. Mount the Universal Base once. One-time setup, centered on your laser.
2. Click in this jig for today's job. Same opening, same fit, as every a2z insert.
3. Engrave with repeatable positioning. No re-alignment between jobs — ever.

This jig is designed for use with coin or disc diameters of 50mm, 44mm, 38mm and 32mm. It will fit up to nine coins up to 44mm, and up to five 50mm coins.

It is made with PETG-CF material as it will be in direct contact with metal for coin engraving and it is rated for a higher temperature than PLA.

Deep engraving, or any job that runs the metal hot, can melt the plastic — keep an eye on heat. For hot jobs, use the Coin Vice Jig and you won't have to think about it.

Runs on the a2z Universal Base (shown in photos, sold separately) — add the Universal Base once and every a2z insert jig you buy after it clicks in with zero re-alignment.
