The a2z Coin Edge Jig is a Rotary fixture to engrave on the side of disc blanks. It has been tested on coins up to 8mm thick. Awesome solution for engraving coin edges!
The jig is made of of two pieces. Secure the main piece in your rotary, align your blank onto the end of the fixture, and secure the jig top to the open face of the blank. Magnets secure the blank in place allowing for 360 degree engraving of the disc edge.
We offer it in two diameters, 50mm and 44mm, to make it easy to center our two most popular Brass Blank coin sizes on the jig, but you can use any diameter blank on either size. If you use a blank that is smaller than the size of the jig you will need to make sure the blank is centered under the center of the laser head so that the laser is engraving straight down to avoid hitting the jig itself as it is made from plastic, rubber, and magnets.
